1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to approve a budget amendment as presented by the Director of Finance

5.    Resolution to consider a settlement proposal, including payment of refunds, to resolve two years of litigation for three parcels of land owned by COR HOLT ROAD CO. LLC located at 913-917 Holt Road, 1058-1070 Ridge Road and 1032-1046 Ridge Road.

6.     Resolution to refer the proposed Xerox Solar Farm to the Planning Board for site plan review, pursuant to Town Code Section 350-22D

7.    Resolution on dog kennel/holding area: Pursue Capital option or IMA option.

8.    Resolution(s) pertaining to proposed Creekside Cell Tower site in advance of Planning Board review (lease and SEQR.

9.    Resolution for the Webster Town Board to declare their intent to be lead agency for the revisions to the existing Highway Facility SEQR documents to incorporate the Salt Barn replacement and Truck Wash Bay.
