Public Hearing: To consider the establishment of a Progressive Development District (PDD) at 799 Holt Road (former Lumber Yard site). * Action Item #1- Town Board vote will be in January 2026. *


Public hearing scheduled for December 4th at 7:30 PM is cancelled due to the applicant withdrawing their current proposal.


Open to the Floor- Each speaker will be allowed five minutes.
