Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to approve the 2026 Town of Webster Tentative Budget as presented by the Town Clerk for purposes of making it the 2026 Town of Webster Preliminary Budget which will be subject to a public

hearing prior to adoption of the final 2026 Budget.

5.    Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an extended one-year contract from October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026 with J O’Connell & Associates, Inc at the same financial terms.

6.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a one-year agreement ending December 31, 2026, with Pilato Entertainment, Marketing & Media LLC for publication of the Town magazine, Webster Today, for an amount not to exceed $48,000.00, inclusive of postage.
