Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

4.    Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise and solicit requests for proposals from qualified engineers to develop and implement a plan to update the Town of Webster Sewer Department Local Limits included in the Town's Industrial Pretreatment Program and Sewer Use Ordinance.  Advertisement to be in the Webster Herald on January 22, 2025, with proposals to be opened on February 13, 2025. 5.    Resolution to authorize an agreement between the Highway Superintendent and the Webster Town Board to spend 2025 Highway Funds in the amount of $1,945,671.00 for General Repairs and $419,535 for Permanent Improvements. Approved
