Webster Highway Department offers pickup and delivery for leaf mulch compost and wood chips in the spring, and periodically for chip seal stone in the summer. Material is available for pickup at no cost, while supplies last. For material delivery*, there is a cost of $50 per load due at the time of form submission. (*Delivery is restricted to residents paying Webster Town taxes).
