Online Bill Pay directly through your bank IS NOT RECOMMENDED
Most banks discourage the use of online banking for tax payments because they cannot guarantee your payment will be delivered to our office by the due date. If you utilize online banking, you do so at your own risk, and we strongly advise against it.
This type of payment generates a check, and mailing envelopes are not stamped with a US Postmark. Often, they arrive after the due date and additional interest will be applied, regardless of the date printed on the check.
