Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to authorize the submission of the 2025-2026 Justice Court Assistance Program (JCAP) Application by the Webster Town Court for a request up to the maximum amount available.

5.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a contract with Campus Construction Management, Inc. to assist the town on the Navitas $85 million contract through to completion for the Town of Webster.

6.    Resolution to approve the Town of Webster’s participation in the Monroe County Energy Aggregation Group for the contract period September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2030 by executing an Intermunicipal Agreement between Monroe County and the Town of Webster.
