LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Webster Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Board Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York, to consider the following applications:

Applicant Matt McAlpin is requesting an AREA VARIANCE to allow a building size larger than what is permitted associated with the construction of a multi-phase development totaling 300,000 SF (1st phase totaling 120,000 SF) where the maximum allowed is 45,000 SF on a 25.65-acre parcel having SBL# 079.06-1-32.123 located in an OP Core Area North - Office Park District under Section 350-21C(1) of the Code of the Town of Webster.
