Challenger Miracle Field of Greater Rochester:

Challenger Miracle Field of Greater Rochester provides people with developmental, physical or intellectual disabilities a barrier-free, safe, accessible place to experience the health benefits and joy of play through baseball, other team sports, and adaptive recreational equipment.

Friends of Webster Library:

Friends of the Webster Public Library The Friends of the Webster Public Library strive to increase knowledge of the library by maintaining an association of persons interested in books and libraries, stimulating and promoting informed public interest in the WPL including its services, facilities and needs. The Friends encourage donations to the library for services and facilities; sponsor and encourage volunteer service for Friends’ activities; promote cultural and related programs for the community and promote library needs to the community and elected officials.

The Friends meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month [except Dec. and July] at 2 pm in the Community Meeting room at the library. All are welcome.

Friends of Webster Trails:

The Friends of Webster Trails is a volunteer organization that maintains over 19 miles of trails located within Webster's Open Space. in conjunction with the Parks and Recreation department, these dedicated volunteers help to plan, maintain and promote all of the recreational trails in Webster. Webster residents can become members of the Friends of Webster Trails, and also assist in trail maintenance work days. Hope Ministry:

Hope Ministry responds to special or emergency needs of Webster residents. We offer the following: a food pantry, clothing closet, household and furniture items, financial assistance, and offer items for back to school, Easter and Christmas. Please call for information regarding donations and volunteer opportunities.

Jack Foundation:
Just Acts of Caring and Kindness

The Jack Foundation was established in memory of Jack James Heiligman, of Webster. Jack loved dinosaurs and the Jack Foundation will help to fund the construction of dinosaur themed playgrounds for children in Greater Rochester area.

People can get involved by doing random acts of kindness in honor of Jack and donating to help us fund the construction of dinosaur themed playgrounds.

Kiwanis Club of Webster:

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. The Kiwanis Club of Webster is dedicated to serving the local community through various service and fundraising projects. Our club has been in service to our community for more than 60 years. We are part of Kiwanis International, an organization serving children for over 100 years. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

Meetings are held at 7:30 PM every Tuesday evening at Hedges Restaurant, located at 1290 Lake Road in Webster unless otherwise noted. Please check the calendar for location changes.

Knights of Columbus:

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic Fraternal Organization for men looking to fulfill their desire to spend meaningful time with their family, to serve their community and their Church, and to grow in their faith.

MOMS Club of Webster and Ontario:

MOMS Club of Webster and Ontario is a local chapter of the international organization, "Moms Offering Moms Support." Our chapter is comprised of mothers living within or near Webster, Ontario, and Walworth.

MOMS Club offers a variety of activities for members throughout the year including our monthly general meetings, breakfasts, lunches, book club, play groups, coffee club, field trips, Moms' nights out, and weekend family activities. We invite members to participate in as many events as they'd like and kids are welcome at almost all events. We are also active supporters of local charity organizations and participate in fundraising efforts. Membership is only $20 a year. Village Band:

Conductor Tom Indiano and associate conductor Sue Siegmund, lead the 60 + member band.

All Summer concerts will be held at the band shell in Harmony Park on Phillips Rd. unless otherwise notified. Concerts begin at 7:00 pm and are free and open to the public.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and relax to the sounds of summer. In the event of rain, we will move performances to the chapel at:  Cherry Ridge Senior Center, 900 Cherry Ridge Blvd.

Webster Association of Senior Program Supporters (W.S.P.S):

Webster Association of Senior Program Supporters (W.S.P.S) provides transportation for residents 60 and over and/or a disabled retiree who live within the Webster School District.

We drive seniors to various appointments including: medical, dental, dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, pharmacy visits and health related shopping. WASPS also provides wheelchair service if needed.

Webster Comfort Care Home:

Webster Comfort Care Home is a non-profit community-based comfort care home, committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to the terminally ill and their families.

Webster Comfort Care Home’s mission is to uphold the dignity and ease the suffering of its residents and support their loved ones in a warm home-like atmosphere of support and encouragement.

Our primary goal is to provide comfort care, symptom control and pain management for our residents while being a source of respite care for the families. All care is provided free of charge and we do not received any medical or government funding. We rely completely on donations and fundraising for our annual budget.

Webster Community Chest:

The Webster Community Chest is a 501c3 non-profit organization that has been providing assistance to 14580 residents since 1948. We are not a program of the town. All our services and programs are made possible by the generous donations of Webster businesses and residents. We offer emergency food and/or financial assistance during the time of a crisis or emergency. We offer summer camp scholarships for children in eligible households. We also offer financial aid to Webster organizations that want to improve the lives of our residents.

Webster Lions Club:

In 1950, Webster Lions Club became a charter organization of Lions Club International – the world’s largest service club organization. Webster Lions Club serves those who are blind and visually impaired. Services and programs of the Club include:

- providing financial and manual assistance to charitable organizations and individuals in need in the community

- eye screening for children- collection of used eyeglasses

- scholarships to two qualifying Webster high school students- sponsorship of and financially underwriting Camp Smile

- a NY State Dept. of Health certified summer day camp for children ages 5-21 who are blind or visually challenged.

The Club is governed by its Board of Directors and maintains a membership of individuals dedicated to the Lions motto – “We Serve”

Webster Museum & Historical Society:

The mission of the Webster Museum and Historical Society is to stimulate interest in the historical heritage of Webster and to this end, to collect, preserve, catalog, and display articles of historical interest and local significance.

Museum is located at 18 Lapham Park in the Village of Webster.

Webster Quilt Guild:

The Webster Quilt guild meets on the 3rd Friday of the month, September through June, at the Webster United Methodist Church, 169 East Main Street, Webster, NY, from 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The meeting begins promptly at 10:00 a.m., but we open our doors early to give you time to socialize.

Our yearly membership cost is $20, but guests are welcome to attend a meeting before deciding to become a member. Please join us.

Webster Theatre Guild:

For over 80 years the Webster Theatre Guild has been providing residents an opportunity to participate in quality theatrical presentations, and entertaining audiences since 1936. The Guild is a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization. In addition to theatrical performances, the Guild also supports artistic endeavors and development by offering student scholarships, and grants to the Webster PTSA and Webster Central School District. Every summer they offer The Summer Youth Theater Experience for students to learn every aspect of theater production.

Women's Club of Webster:
“Friendship through service”

The Women’s Club of Webster (est. 1964) is an active non-profit community service organization that has generously supported many worthwhile charitable, cultural and educational causes in our community for over five decades. The group meets the 3rd Thursday of each month, from September to June. Their motto is “Friendship through service” and the theme of their enthusiastic membership is, “We work hard for the community but we also have fun!”
